Acceptable stay, some issues
helpful desk helpful staff italian menu meal expectations
The desk staff was really helpful and informative (a definite plus).
The evening meal really let things down. It did not meet my expectations. I was expecting an italian style menu, but that was not the case. So, if you are expecting an italian evening meal, then this is not the hotel to spend your vacation.

excellent location and service
polite staff many options convenient location
the staff was polite and attentive they helped a lot with directions and ferry schedules the breakfast had many options to choose from and a cook was available for eggs the hotel location near the main square and the port was very convenient for exploring
the rooftop bar was closed which i found disappointing

the staff provided helpful information regarding transportation including ferry and train schedules they offered assistance with directions to nearby locations and the reception desk was always available to answer questions i appreciated their attentiveness

the hotel is positioned very close to the main square and the port it allowed easy access to shops restaurants and transportation hubs exploring the surrounding area was simple because of this convenient positioning

I found the location very convenient. It was easy to reach many attractions. the room included modern amenities and was well kept. the staff provided excellent service and addressed requests promptly. This was greatly appreciated. breakfast offered a wide variety of options.

The staff was friendly and very helpful! They provided useful information. Breakfast had a good selection of food! The room downstairs allowed luggage storage. It was a great convenience.
The rooftop bar wasn't open . I was looking forward to that. The room lacked coffee making equipment. This was a shame. The electrical points are the Steiner pronged version. These are not standard fittings, apply. apply.

early bar warm room
i found the service inconsistent. the bar closed too early at 10:30 pm, a real inconvenience after a long day exploring. the air conditioning system was not functioning and i asked when it would be turned on and it was unavailable despite the room being warm. this.

warm welcome balcony view quiet peace
the welcome i received felt very warm. it's in a lovely spot. i had a room with a balcony and a wonderful water view. i found such quiet peace, and that water pressure in the shower felt so good.
i noticed the elevator went slowly, so patience helps here.

breakfast provided a good choice. i loved the fresh fruit offered. dinner included locally sourced dishes. all showed a true taste of italy, so romantic.
